Return policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sadly, somethings just aren't meant to be and if you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a store credit.  Items discounted i.e. sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned goods must be sent back to us unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition and packaging that they were delivered to you for the items to be eligible for return or exchange.

 

INTERNATIONAL 

Unfortunately, there are no exchanges or returns on international purchases, but we will be happy to answer any questions on a case-by-case basis at info@sandandsnuggles.com
