Shipping policy

We aim to ship your purchases within 2 to 3 days of receipt excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

For shipments outside of New Providence, Bahamas and outside of the Bahamas we use either FedEx or DHL as our shipping carriers.

N.B. - if a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the relevant carrier company to file a claim.
